Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. Returns and refunds of goods must be first approved by our customer service department. You can contact our team by email at boutik@jambette.com
  2. Goods must be returned within 10 days of the date on your invoice or packing slip and in perfect condition.
  3. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  4. Customers agree to pay an administration and handling fee of 20% of the value of the goods. In addition, any work or charges involved in equipment dismantling, site restoration, packing and shipping are at customers' expense and responsibility.
  5. Customized products, installation and landscape work are non-refundable. Customers must produce their invoice upon request.
  6. Customers acknowledge that JAMBETTE PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT INC. shall not be liable for any circumstances beyond its control and that its liability is limited to the price paid by the customers for the goods in question.
  7. Refunds are issued with the same method of payment used for purchase.
  8. The parties hereby agree that this agreement shall be interpreted according to the laws of the Province of Québec. The parties elect domicile in the judicial district of Québec City, in the Province of Québec, Canada.
  9. For purchases charged to a customer's account, should the account be entrusted to a collection agency or an attorney in case of the customer's failure to pay, the customer agrees to pay, in addition to the balance due, collection fees equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the balance due in principal and interest.
